Please review these booking terms before scheduling a service with COB Detailing. By booking an appointment through Setmore, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

1. Booking Acknowledgment — By scheduling an appointment with COB Detailing, you confirm that the service details, vehicle information, appointment time, and contact information you provide are accurate.

2. Appointment Arrival and Key Access — Please have the vehicle accessible at the scheduled time and remove personal belongings before service begins. The customer agrees to leave the keys with the person cleaning the vehicle for the duration of the service. Delays, locked vehicles, or unavailable access may affect the appointment.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling — If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify COB Detailing as early as possible. Short-notice changes or no-shows may affect future booking availability.

4. Pricing Estimates — Prices are estimated until the vehicle is inspected on site. Vehicle size, condition, pet hair, excessive dirt, stains, odors, or additional requested work may affect the final price.

5. Personal Items and Vehicle Contents — COB Detailing is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.

6. Results and Limitations — COB Detailing will perform services with care, but some stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable. Results depend on the vehicle’s condition. Additional work may be attempted when requested or needed, but there may be an additional fee.

7. Customer-Requested Services — If a customer requests a service beyond COB Detailing’s professional recommendation, the customer assumes all liability for the requested service and its results.

8. Payment — Payment is due at the end of service unless otherwise agreed to before the appointment.

9. Photos and Videos — Photos and/or videos may be taken of the vehicle and surrounding environment before, during, or after service and may be posted online for COB Detailing’s portfolio, marketing, or social media use.

10. Agreement to Terms — By continuing to the booking page and submitting an appointment request, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these COB Detailing booking terms.
